Account Permissions

Hello,

I know in wordpress that there are different role permissions.
My question is can an administrator set a specific post to a specific user?

For example.
Posts:
Apple
Banana
Carrot

Subscribers:
Anna
Benjie
Carol

I want Anna to see just the Apple post. I don’t want Anna to see the Banana and Carrot posts, is that possible?
