Hello! There is a problem that started recently, in the accordion element in elementor.
The opening and closing on a normal computer screen is fine, but the change for the worse is on mobile, it becomes lame, slow and every opening and closing is with slow motion.

The page has existed like this for several years, with the same elements. This is something that happened very recently, about two weeks ago approx.

And in any such element, regardless of which page it is on,
So I link it to the element rather than its location, which hasn’t changed

    How to solve it?

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the accordion element on mobile devices. It’s crucial for your website to function smoothly across all devices, and I can appreciate how important this is.

Based on your description, it seems like the issue is relatively recent and affects all occurrences of the accordion element, irrespective of the page it’s placed on. It’s indeed strange that this problem has appeared after several years of normal functionality.

Let’s troubleshoot this together. Here are a few steps you can follow:

    1. Update Elementor: Please ensure you are using the most recent version of Elementor. Sometimes, problems can be caused by outdated versions, and simply updating can resolve them.
    2. Clear Cache: Try clearing your browser and website cache. Cache could be a reason for delayed responses and slowed animations.
    3. Check Conflict: There might be a conflict with other plugins or themes. To rule this out, try deactivating all other plugins temporarily and see if the issue still persists. You can reactivate them one by one to identify if there’s a specific plugin causing the problem.
    4. Test Theme: If no plugins seem to be the issue, try switching temporarily to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One, or Hello Elementor, which is the best one for elementor websites. If the accordion functions correctly in this theme, it may be that your current theme has introduced an update that is causing the conflict.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it would be helpful if you could send me any relevant screenshots or error messages you’re seeing. Also, please provide me with the URL of the pages where the accordion element is used, so I can take a closer look.

I’m looking forward to your reply and to help you solve this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
