Accessing WD2GO files

I am having trouble accessing files saved on my personal WD2GO server from our website created with wordpress.

I add the document name to a page and then use the url link tool to add the following address:

it returns the error message:

If I then click in the address bar and hit enter the document opens correctly.

The document can also be accessed if I place the url directly into the browser.

I have tried changing the https to http (both work if types into a browser), tried setting it to not open in a new window and still no success.

Uploading the files to wordpress is not a path that will work for us the content changes too quickly but the wd url address does not change.

Please help as we have exhausted options.
