Access WP-ADMIN denied | WordPress.org

Based on what I am reading, my shared server on HostGator is infected with soaksoak and they shut my server down. It seems that Wordfence is the way to get it out but when I try to access my dashboard to install plug-in I am unable to access WP-ADMIN.

Any help is appreciated!!

Do you have access to your site via FTP or with phpMyAdmin? You may have to work with your hosting company to regain access to your site. See the following WordPress document on cleaning your site…
