Above the header image

    I am looking into a WP site where a logo, about same size as the header, appears above the header. The header was placed by the usual process. I cannot find any indication in the backend on how this second logo was placed. Any ideas?

    Details [actual code if any] not necessary – just a broad description.

    I see no widgets. No plugins. There is an custom background image but this logo does not seem to be attached to it. I have viewed it [the bg image] in my graphics program.

    How could this second “logo” get there?? It appears on every page.

    Yes – I see it there. Can you answer one more question?

    Is it possible to do this through the backend without actually adding the code into the header.php?

    This perpetrator does not have server access. So how would he know the url of the logo [he could media upload it to a page and see it in the html, but that would not give him the style code etc…that appears in the header.php.]

    Should I assume that this was not done by an amateur?
