About unnecessary file creating

    Hello Support Team,

    I have install your plugin in my website.. when I am going to add products and custom tab it’s working properly. after some time I am trying to open above category showing some error.. like current above link. when I discuss with go daddy they told us it’s plugin issue, plugin create some unnecessary file in back-end & my server space is 100% other category is opening now bcoz i have not added any products with custom tab. that cat are opening properly.please give me some solution on this asap.

    Hi @mayuresh-bagwe

    I didn’t see an error on that link.

    Can you please give us an example of a file GoDaddy says the plugin is creating? The plugin itself is only 2.45 MB in size and I can’t think of any files it would create, unless it’s triggering some kind of log file on the server to record errors. Usually space gets eaten up by image and video files.
