    Hi @diegoleft,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Have you tried to follow our doc on how to troubleshoot Photo/image uploads not working
    Please also try to install our latest Ultimate member 2.0.1 core.

    Hello guys,

    I believe I have the last version 1.3.88
    And the last version of Ninja Forms 3.2.16

    Its exactly same problem of the guy who commented on the topic I shared before.
    When I deactivate Ninja Forms, works again.

    Was working well I remember but now a user just report that issue, I think this happens in the last versions of the plugins.

    Check in the file um-image-upload.php line 46
    if(isset($_FILES[$id][‘name’])
    The $_FILE is geting null result

    Can you take a look?

    I solved the problem.

    I just deleted the extension “Private messages” that had an expired serial number.

    Same problem… in upload profile photo
