A simple client database in Admin

    Hello!
    I need a simple database for clients in admin panel. I need only 3 fields:
    1)Name of client
    2)Phone number
    3)Small text box for personal info
    I have been looking for a plugin for a while but I still can’t find one. I tried WordPress Participants plugin but it doesn’t work fine for me. I would be very thankful if someone helps me.
