A floating menu for specific pages

These are the three pages I would like to add a floating menu that would list out the months of the year. I already have link tags but am not sure which plugin would allow me to put a floating menu on each page. I’m using the Zerif-Lite theme (for now). I want it so that a user could click on MAR in the floating menu and it would bring them to the month of March. I would need to add a floating menu to each episode page (2017, 2016, 2015 etc… If there is a better way around this, please let me know.
