Not quite finished !
This problem seems to be when I “visit the site” within the Administrative area. The full list may be there but after using the menu again 1 less item is listed in it.
This problem does not appear to happen with the live site.
Any ideas please?

Can you please provide a URL to your site so I can see?
It sounds like they are all there but the top one is covered by the WP admin bar?

Thanks for your reply.
Just before I give you the URL I have tried changing various settings but cannot find one to push the list of items further from the top.
Can I do this with the free version?
