Just changed and same issue. :o(
I even loaded in incognito browser to make sure it had no old cache images.

I tried it on another site with a different theme and it worked. So apparently there is a conflict between this and my current theme. I guess I can only do 4 tabs on my current theme.

That is strange. There could be an issue or incompatibility with the theme or one of the other plugins.
You can troubleshoot this by temporarily switching to one of the default twenty-something themes and deactivating the other plugins. If the tabs are displayed as they should be, you can then switch the theme back and activate the plugins one by one checking whether the issue reoccurs and when it does you will know whether it was the theme or a particular plugin the introduced the issue.

I need all the active plugins and I won’t be switching themes, so knowing would not change anything.

Once the cause of the issue is identified, you would know which plugin (or theme) needs further investigation. The author of that component might already be aware of the issue or be able to investigate it in order to provide a fix or workaround.
