Hi, when I try to post comments on my blog, i get a 500 Internal Server Error. It does not do this on my local instance, and it only does this when posting without being logged in.
I didn’t want users to have to create an account just to post a comment, so I turned off “Anyone can register” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” in Settings->General. I then turned on the moderation options under Settings->Discussion (approving a comment before it is actually displayed).
Like I said, it works on my local instance, just not on the actual server. Tried switching themes to the default, but that didn’t seem to work either. I don’t have an .htaccess file, so I don’t think that would be causing any problems. Have the permissions on all of my wp-* files set to 644.
Any ideas? Thanks
