500 Internal Server Error and nothing works

    Hello there and thank you all very much for your support and for existing!!

    I use wordpress since years and am delighted by it. Usually I can solve all the issues by myself and google. But now I tried it all but can’t fix my issue. Hope you can help – I just redesigned this webpage and … yeah, very, very stupid … have no backup. So I really am up to try anything before starting from scratch.

    Issue:

    Since the last updates (I don’t remember what I updated, but I did. Somewhat like a week ago) I can only access the main page http://www.zentrale.shop but no subpage or login. I deactivated the plugins and theme through ftp. Nothing changed. I made a new htaccess file. Nothing worked anymore, so I restored the old one. The php settings at my server are

    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 128M
    upload_max_filesize 128M
    max_execution_time 180

    What else could I do? Do you maybe have an idea? I would very well appreciate any help!

    Hallo :wave:

    Currently it is not possible to disable all themes.
    That would break your WordPress installation.
    Do you have a default (Twenty*) theme installed so it can fail over?

    It is possible that the home page is still visible because of server-side caching.

    The easiest solution is to contact your host.
    Good hosts should be willing to help you with internal server errors.

    Yes, I have a default theme installed. I use avada but have a Twenty* theme installed as well.

    I contacted the host, they said it’s all fine on their side and wont help me with wordpress but showed me the error log (please let me know if I share delicate information now, I’m not sure):
