How many plugins do you have installed on your site? Especially any back-end ones. Also what hosting are you currently using?

TIP: From previous experience, using a ‘page-views’ plugin dramatically increased the load time of pages front-end, I bet if that alone was de-activated you’ll see some speed increased.

You might also want to try adjusting the time out settings in your php.ini file…

    I have 19 plugins installed:
    Akismet
    BP Profile Music Widget
    Disqus Comment System
    Facebook Page Promoter Lightbox Premium
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Images Lazyload and Slideshow
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    nrelate Related Content
    Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions
    Platinum SEO Pack
    SEO SearchTerms Tagging 2
    SEO Smart Links
    Udinra All Image Sitemap
    W3 Total Cache
    Wordbooker
    Wordpress Download Monitor
    WordPress Ping Optimizer
    WP-PageNavi
    WP-PostViews
And I’m using hosting from Godaddy
By the way, How can i adjust the time from php.ini???

personally, I would remove this plugin as it drains resources and will slow down your entire site: WP-PostViews

also, I don’t think this plugin is necessary: WordPress Ping Optimizer, as millions of wordpress websites function without it.

    php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3829403/how-to-increase-the-timeout-in-php

Read the above and experiment with different settings.

Shared hosting with godaddy could also be your issue as your site will be put on the same server as hundreds if not thousands of others and all the resources are shared, so if someone has an increase of traffic or using some resource heavy application this could slow down your site.

If none of the above recommendations help, I’d suggest moving onto a small VPS perhaps where you are guaranteed resources and will likely have no bottlenecks.

HostGator would be perfect for your needs as they provide amazing 24 hour support via a web-chat and are very knowlageable, if you needed your php settings changed, you can simply ask them to do it and they will do it for you quickly.

    I hope this helps you,

    Paul
