500 internal error when changing permalinks

Hello World,

I have a website called ourComix.us. The database for it is located on our other site, (ourWorld-Guide.com). So we created a database WITHIN the one for ourWorld-Guide. We made a folder in it, added the domain, so it grabs whatever is in the folder (wordpress). Everything worked great until we tried to change the permalinks. Then ourComix.us gave us a 500 Internal Error.

We looked around on the internet to see why and tried to change the .htaccess by modding and replacing it. We also tried to create a separate database for ourComix.us, but the error still occurred ONLY when we change the permalinks.

This only happens to ourComix.us and we are using GoDaddy. If anyone can help us resolve this issue or give us any useful information to why this is happening, that would be great.
