500 internal error after moving wordpress

I’m in quick need of help.

I have given wordpress it’s own directory by following these instructions.. http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

But I am having a problem viewing my posts. Every post returns a 500 internal error.

What can I do to solve this?
