I installed this plugin to integrate Gravity Forms with Klaviyo.
So that we can create custom email flow journeys based on how much form was filled.

Initially, I wasn’t able to get the integration right since we were looking to target users who filled the form partially. Though we were getting the users into klaviyo thru default integration but the main objective was to get users who did not completed the form.

I contacted Nasir (app dev) and he was quick enough to respond back to me in 2-3 hours on email. Problem was fixed within 12 hours with a custom script sent from the dev.

Good thing from dev: He even offered me a full refund for premium package if the fix didn’t work
