This is the message I get.
Not Found
The requested URL /installer.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I checked FAQ but I’ll have another look.

Well Ive spoken to the host and sorted the first issue. Turns out I had made a silly error with the file name.
I’ve now since gone gone and done steps 1 to 4 without any issues and when I go to view site I get 403 error.
Ive been through the FAQs and tried “manual” but it hasn’t made any difference.
I am with a budget host, but I’m trying to learn how to do this on my basic sites before I do it for real.
On a side note : I can see that the archive file doesn’t extract inside the new domain folder like I’ve seen on many of the You Tube clips.
I’ve been battling for two days…. I’d really like to get this right. Any help would be appreciated.
