    When I visit http://nikaousa.com/?random=stringtobustyoucache the right Autoptimized files are found, so it looks like you’re either behind yet another cache (on your server/ at your hoster/ at a 3rd party like cloudflare or sucuri) or there’s a problem clearing WP Rocket’s cache?

    Hello Frank,

    Thank you very much for your reply. Can you please verify for me again? My site is still down and I can’t seem to find the files.

    How can I fix this issue with these cached Autoptimize files. I have tried clearing cache at Host, Cloudflare, WP Rocket etc. and still nothing.

    I would greatly appreciate any advice.

    Thank you very much!

    still the same indeed;
    http://nikaousa.com/ -> broken
    http://nikaousa.com/?breakcache=123456 -> works as the extra parameters make sure a cached page is not used

    so you will need to find out where the broken HTML is cached and have that cache cleaned nikoneddie .. did you ask your hoster?

    Hello Frank,

    I had someone from WP Rocket fix this for me. They deactivated Autoptimize and cleared everything and the site was working fine. A few hours later, the site is down again. I never re-activated Autoptimize, even though I love the program and plan to do so once everything is working again. But, as you can see below the site was OK and now I have more Autoptimize 404 Errors and these are totally different files than mentioned previously. Please see below:

    autoptimize_d7e9fc43fbed502731863e0d51f4cd9c.css:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    autoptimize_32350ec978088739fb141467e410df29.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    autoptimize_d7e9fc43fbed502731863e0d51f4cd9c.css:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    As I mentioned, Autoptimize was not even activated. I would greatly appreciate your help as my site has been down for a week.

    Thank You!

    well, deactiving AO won’t help if you have a stale page cache somewhere 🙂

    the fact that you’re still seeing AO mentioned while it is not active confirms this is indeed is a cache problem somewhere. as I wrote earlier; check with your hoster, I suppose they have some caching of their own.

    hope this helps,
    frank
