404 Error after creating site

I had a staging site that I set up and was working correctly. I removed the site and applied greater security measures (wordfence, etc) and now have re-set up a new staging site and I get a 404 error. I cannot login to WP-Admin or get to the staging environment. Any ideas? I also change the wp-admin login location and this does not work either, for example: igam.com/staging-site/wp-admin or igam.com/staging-site/new-location do nothing.
