403 Forbidden Message

    I just started the site with the plans of transfering a currently running site over to this one. I was changing the theme or options of this one and something I did resulted in the following.

    “You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache Server at realdirtymets.com Port 80″

    I can’t even get to the admin page. Suggestions?

    Honestly I can’t exactly remember but I think I changed the address of the site on the setup page right before it stopped working. How can I go back and fix that problem?
