403 Forbidden error

    I have a new site I am trying to bring up. It is on a 2008 IIS 7 server, on which I already have one site running. I have created a new database and I created a new folder and copied the wordpress files into that folder. When i goto the http://site/wp-admin I get:

    403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

    Any idea what I am missing?
