403 error right after install

Have tried 7 times and not sure anymore. Installing on MySQL 5. I get to the install script, give a title, enter an email, get the setup done, with the admin and password, click login, and as soon as i try to login, I get a 403 forbidden. Also can’t actually access any files at the domain http://www.whatimcooking.org.

403 starts at http://www.whatimcooking.org/wp-admin

Anybody know what’s causing this?
