    Hello,

We are using Ultimate Member and Restrict Content Pro. It seems certain users are receiving a 403 error message when they try to edit their profile (screenshot attached). Please advise how to resolve this. Many members can still save no problem. I am checking with our hosting provider but it seems like something else is going on.

Thank you, we appreciate the support.

    Hi @lgsstudios,

I’m afraid, Ultimate member currently doesn’t have integration with Restrict Content Pro.
Why do you think that this issue is caused by Restrict Content Pro?
Have you tried to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away? Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

Thanks. We used RCP per the advice of Ultimate Member so that response is stressful/frustrating as a user (I know it’s not you personally, just a note for the company, I feel like I’m at a point where I’d discourage people from using UM versus other free or paid membership plugins). I resolved this issue. It wasn’t caused by Restrict Content Pro.
