Same problem here, 66 at start, then only 4 or 2 at a time. Since I’ve detected 1400 files infected, this has become unusable.
Any limitation on the code?

Thanks to both of you for posting this report. I did not get the notification of the first post for some reason, but I just got the second one.
I would like to help you both with this issue. I under stand that you are both able to finish the Complete Scan but you have many threats and the Automatic fix is only able to repair 2-4 infected files at a time. I can see how this would be frustrating and cumbersome to complete the task. My plugin has no built in limitations of this kind but I have seen it fail in the past in this same way when there is not enough memory to complete the process.
If you want to help me find a better solution than clicking the Automatic Fix button over and over until it’s done, and you are willing to send me your WP Admin login, then I would be happy to take a look at it and see if there is a more efficient way I can run the Automaic Fix process so that it can get more done at once.
