I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the 3D Secure Verification Token missing on your site when using the Square plugin upon checkout.
WooCommerce Square combines an SAQ-A PCI-compliant payment method with 3D Secure verification, with product and inventory synchronization, letting you sell via multiple sales channels and accept payments online securely.
3D Secure (3DS) is an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions, designed to protect both customers and merchants from fraudulent activities. It is widely used around the world and supported by major card networks such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Checkout is successful when using the Square plugin.

For clarity, is this a new issue, or one that has been present ever since installing WooCommerce Square? If the former, do you recall making any changes/updates to your site prior to noticing this issue?
WooCommerce version: 7.5.1 WooCommerce database version:7.4.1As per your system status report, I am able to see that the WooCommerce core version and WooCommerce Database do not match.
As a first step, please could you update this, in order to obtain optimal functionality. This can be done via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.

Please ensure that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing the updates, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

With regards to the error log, it appears that there are critical errors being caused by the Bookings for WooCommerce by WP Swings plugin.
I’d suggest reaching out to their developers for further help with this issue.
Alternatively, you can have a look at the WooCommerce Bookings extension. WooCommerce.com offers a 30-day refund policy which you can take advantage of, allowing you to test the extension, and make sure that it is what you are looking for.
