3.6 cant add images

    I have updated to 3.6 is this a beta upgrade? the image page is blank I cant see the library of images or add a new one. I have gone through all the plugins is not a plugin issue. My developer can post using html code but I don’t know how to do this could you give me a fix please or give me a route back to 3.5 while it is sorted out.
    I am going to London Fashion WEek so I need to be able to post asap.

    No, 3.6 is not beta – it was tested extensively. Have you gone through ALL the troubleshooting steps in this thread?

    Starting with:

    Clear all caching on your site an browser.

    Try another browser.

    Deactivating ALL plugins.

    With all plugins deactivated, switching to twentytwelve theme to rule out theme issues.

    I had already done all this except try another browser. In firefox I can now see the library however when I try and add images I can scale them but it still will not add the image. I click on it and then nothing happens.

    I see your site with many plugins and not twentytwelve theme.

    I have deleted some do I have to leave thesis I like it? I cannot do this need my web guy so wordpress is saying can only use one theme?

    No, it’s certainly not a suggestion that you can only use one theme. Those are temporary troubleshooting steps – to try to identify what may be causing the problem.
