302 redirect for XML sitemap

I am experiencing difficulties with the page-sitemap.xml request that the Yoast plugin makes. If I have UM enabled, this request is being redirected (302) to the homepage. If I disable UM, it works as expected.

Is there anything you can help me with, as I’ve tried pretty much all the tips around the web.

Additional info:

I am using WP 5.2, Yoast 12.5 (most recent) and UM 2.0.56.

Hi @merkmeester – Did you mean the page-sitemap.xml is not accessible when Ultimate Member plugin is active?

Hi @champsupertramp, that is exactly what I mean indeed.
Other sitemaps are reachable, for instance sitemap_index.xml or post-sitemap.xml, but not page-sitemap.xml – and ONLY when Ultimate Member is active.

Hi @merkmeester – could you please tell me what’s the Global Site access option that’s selected in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access > Restriction Content?

Hi @champsupertramp, the option is set to Site accessible to Everyone, so I would think these sitemaps should be accessible.

Hi @merkmeester – Could you please provide htaccess codes related to the Yoast sitemap without disclosing other code lines related to your site’s protection?

Hi @champsupertramp, there are no custom htaccess codes other than the standard ones that the Yoast SEO plugin serves.

I apologize for the late response. I’m also having the same issue with Yoast SEO plugin. Even when I disable the UM plugins, the XML sitemap is not generated. Also, I’ve set it up properly but still there’s no XML sitemap generated.
