[2.3.3]Problem with new posts

When I create a new post in my blog it shows the post just fine on the first page and if I search for it, it will find the post just fine.
However, when I click on the post or if I click “read more” it will give me a 404 error and tell me that the page was not found.

Anyone know what might be causing this?
