    Good morning,

    i want to have 2 different text for Cookie Policy (italian and english)

    I’m using the plugin WPML.

    It is possible?

    Yes.

    WPML has a string translation tool – you should have all the plugin texts available for translation there. Just make use of it and WPML / Cookie Notice would handle the rest.
