1.5 index.php issue

on my site, http://www.big-dork.com

if you load up the site in IE, it will ask you to open a file. and the only file in the root of my site is index.html so it will redirect to big-dork.com/blog.. and if you type in big-dork.com/blog you get the same issue, does anyone know what is causing this???

this only happens if i use the Strayhorn release…
