10-20 Theme Display Issue

    I updated WP to current version (3.1.2) and now when one visits the site the background color shows and all my menu settings are gone, but if you log in, everything comes back and looks fine.

    Any ideas as to where I went wrong or what I need to do to resolve this.

    Is related to the W3 plugin. when activated the 10-20 Theme will not display for un-registered visitors.
