WordPress database error

Hey

I have a comic page, using WordPress system and Comicpress theme. Everything has been going very well the past few months when this morning this message appears at my site where navigation button should appear:

WordPress database error: [Out of memory (Needed 4194276 bytes)]
SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT ID) FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt <= ‘2009-02-25 14:31:59’ AND (post_status = “publish” OR post_author = 2 AND post_status != ‘draft’ AND post_status != ‘static’) AND post_status != “attachment”

Any idea what it means or how I can fix it?
