Menu Alignment in Header

Early stages of redesign first time using Mega Menu I’ve modified several settings but can’t get it to look like I want. I’d like for the text to be vertical aligned centered like on this demo site https://peschooltheme.wpengine.com I’ve mirrored the settings but still no success. What am I missing in settings?
