Sidebars dropped to bottom problem

I am using Grid Focus template and it has been working just fine. Today the sidebars on the home page have dropped to the bottom of the page and I cant figure out why. It doesnt affect any other page or post, just the home page.
Anyone got any idea what could be wrong please?
