Header plugin?

Hi Tom and staff,
I have GP premium.
I just noticed that the Page Header plugin has new functionalities and options. Much more than before.

But in my installation it doesnt show. In the wordpress backend I dont have the single menu “Page Headers” button in the big left menu.

How can I access it?
