• Had a great customer service experience with Smash Balloon today. Emailed them on a Saturday afternoon with what I thought was some sort of licensing issue. Support emailed me back about a half-hour later with the fix. The problem was likely a dumb thing on my part, not anything the fault of Smash Balloon.

    In any case, the support was basically immediate and solved my problem.

    The plug-in itself is easy to configure and runs as advertised. My client loves it.
