Playback Issues on FireFox, Opera and Chrome

    I installed FV on my website and am using an MP4 video uploaded to my WordPress video library. The video plays back on the MS Edge browser fine. But it won’t play at all (just audio plays) on Chrome, Waterfox (variant of Firefox) and Opera. I suspect it might be an issue with plugins, but can’t find anything on the other support forums for these browsers mentioning this problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hi Russ,

    Thanks for including a sample page (makes it much easier to give you a hands on answer).

    I have no issues playing back your video on latest Chromium, Safari and Opera on Apple OS X 10.11.6.

    There may be an issue with your computer. If you are referring to browser plugins, I use a fair number of extensions in Chromium. If you are referring to WordPress plugins, there doesn’t appear to be an issue.

    Thanks, Alec, I really appreciate the comeback. I was referring to browser plugins. I will play around with my computer, which seems to have many issues (LOL) and see if I can isolate the problem there. If not, I will do what you suggest, book a support incident.
