    It works incorrectly. Many settings do not work. If you disable or even remove the plugin, the contact bar stays in place.
    How to disable it ??!

    None of that you posted is true.

    ALL of the settings work. I have used this on several different sites. Fill out the options carefully and it will work just fine.

    If you disable the plugin in, it does NOT stay in place. Try clearing the WordPress cache and/or your browser cache.
