cerber_log or backup warning

Hello,
My backup is extremely slow and I’m getting this Warning “Table cerber_log has very many rows (678970)…”
My backup file size is more than 10 the previous size. Is it possible to clear or reset this table or database?
Also, I’m trying to restore a backup, that was created with the warning above, for more than an hour and it’s still running. I usually restore/migrate the site in less than 10 min.
