Creating quizzes with form builder

    Hi, I was doing some research on the plug-in and found that it can also do quizzes. I just need it to do a simple quiz with about 10 checkboxes and if more than 8 are checked to give a result and if less than 8 a different result.

    I was playing with the demo and didn’t see anything like this. Is it possible? If so, will it be easy to create?

    Hi,

    Please, be informed that unfortunately the Contact Form Builder plugin does not have the mentioned functionality.

    However, please note that you can create the mentioned type of the form with the Contact Form Maker plugin.

    Thanks for the feedback! I am looking at the Form Maker Plugin and it seems very similar to the Form Builder. What is the biggest difference?

    I am also looking at the user manual and do not see anything about quizzes with results. Do you have a link to it?

    Hey,

    Please note that the Contact Form Builder is a list of contact form templates. It allows you to enable/disable existing fields and make small customizations on the forms.

    Whereas Contact Form Maker is advanced form maker plugins.

    Contact Form maker can be used to create simple forms and have an option to add payment field.

    You will need to use the Conditional field logic to set create the quizzes with the results.

    mm icic this definitely helps. I am looking at that screen now but it only allows me to control based on each individual answer.

    Is there any way to control it based on total answers. Like for example, there are 8 Yes or No questions. If 3 or more Yes’s are selected show a specific output?

    Hi,

    I am still trying to investigate this, I really would like it to be able to count the total and display a text box if the total is greater than 3. I am playing with the payment fields but I am not sure how to do an if statement on the total.

    It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this.

    Hi,

    Are you trying to use the new logic other than the one posted above for making the if statement (I am asking because the one that you have stated above, unfortunately can not be created with the plugin)?
    If yes, could you please, share with us few more details about the if statement?

    Yea same logic, theoretically it is very simple not sure about integrating it, there are 8 True or False Questions if they answer 3 or more true give a message saying something like “You Pass” if they answer less than 3 message says “You Fail”
