Yes. Just insert an image inside the Blocks Content field by clicking the “Edit Content” button and then click the inserted image, and click the “Link” button of the text editor to link the image to any url.

Thank you! it worked! but something is wrong with the wp admin site.. when i am clicking on the link button of the text editor, the media library opens in the background of the edit content screen, so i had to manually type the html code for each button in order to work. also in the customize “website” i cannot reorder the menus (CUSTOMIZING ▸ MENUS
PRIMARY).. it simply not working. i had to do it from wp-admin-appearance-menus. this only happens in 2 different PC’s and in Chrome, haven’t tried other browsers..

Maybe its a plugin conflict. Did you try disabling all the plugins?
