Apparently the reason it’s not working is that my credit union sees the name of the company you use to accept payments as suspicious.
I’ve called them, twice, and am told to do the transaction again. I don’t want to be charged twice…

I have now confirmed that your payment went through on the second attempt. Please do contact support at updraftplus.com if you have any further problems, and someone will be pleased to help – wordpress.org do not want their forums to be used for queries relating to commercial purchases.
(For what it’s worth, we use stripe.com for payments – probably the market leader in this market, so, I wonder what they did not like about them).

Totally HORRIBLE system. When I got to support there’s a link to… GOOGLE Search. This is not ideal.

I have replied to the tickets you have opened on updraftplus.com. I cannot reply further here, as the rules of wordpress.org request that their support forums for free plugins are not used to provide commercial support (https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products). Thanks… What the credit unions “suspicious Activity” voice message said was not the same thing as is showing on the withdrawal. So I can’t tell you what the first, declined, name was. I called the credit union and they read me what was declined… it was updraft… but when the recorded voice thing called, I know it said “computer” as a part of the name… Very confusing, and clearly the credit union was being careful but extremely unhelpful…
