Problem Queue and encoding

    Hi, we have a self-hosted server, the perf it’s okay, we have change theme in Feb 2017 and put the SSL in November 2017.

    Since this dates, I have a problem to target the encoding, it’s directly in Queue and I must click on the button to Update to continue the encoding if not it’s stop.

    When I clic “Clear”, Remove …. it doesn’t work.
    I have old encoding don’t clear automatically

    The theme is videopro Envatomarket.
    On the previous theme : Videopress, 0 problem.
    The plugin don’t work correctly with theme ???

    Did your problems start in February or November? It’s very difficult for me to troubleshoot encoding problems because everybody’s servers are set up differently and without seeing an error message it’s hard for me to guess what could be wrong. It’s unlikely that there’s a conflict with your theme unless your theme uses some non-standard media management system. The easy way to check would be to switch your theme to something else and see if your problems remain.
