Page Layout changes after updating templates

    I’ve been trying to manually update the templates inside of The Butcher Theme. After copying the new template files the page layout is changing, where normally I have three columns and the categories on a sidebar, the sidebar information moves to the bottom of the page. It seems to be happening after updating –

    thebutcher/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 2.2.2 is out of date.
    thebutcher/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 2.0.0 is out of date.
    thebutcher/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php version 2.0.0 is out of date.
