REQ: Select FB SDK Language & add some help prints

    In synved-option.php:
    js.src = "https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js";

    This causes SDK to load in English, and all FB integrations (comments, likebox, etc) are presented in English.

    And it’s only included if Facebook App ID is set, but there’s no information in plugin config that this param will (not) include API.
