Not all users getting located

Hi, I’e been using your locate anything plugin for a while now and it was working great. Lately however, it does not seem to fill in the details in the user profile (geo settings) as it did before. New profiles, even when having the needed fields completed are not populating the fields.

In the past, I also noticed that when a new user signed up, it wouldn’t populate the fields at the time of signup. Sometimes it would take an hour, sometimes longer before the information was finally there.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
