Cannot edit from WP Theme Editor

When i try to edit themes from WP admin themes editor, this error message show up “Sorry, that file cannot be edited.“
I’m hopeless, because i’ve got deadline project…please help me..pleaseeee 🙁this is the site http://www.garlickstore.com
