• When i try to activate WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version) which came with a theme, wordpress tells me the following:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Vc_Manager in /var/www/vhosts/surrellusion.at/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_theme/js_composer.php on line 33

Also on the general Plugin Site, it writes:
Please resolve these issues for maximum compatibility!
WordPress Memory Limit: 40M, memory_limit should be at least 96MB. Increasing memory allocated to PHP

But in my PHP Settings the memory limit is already set to 128MB.

What can i do, or where do i ask for support on this matter?

    Cheers,
    Erik

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
