You could use this plugin.
Hope that helps 🙂
HTML for where to insert mailchimp code? It depends on where on the page the code belongs. If it’s strictly JavaScript that can go anywhere on a page, you can simply add it to page content on the page’s edit screen using the text view tab. Be sure the code is within <script> </script> tags and any blank lines in the JavaScript have been removed. Switch to visual view and back again to confirm the code does not get corrupted.
More elaborate requirements likely require enqueuing code and/or editing template files.

Thank you for your responses. I’ve already used the Landing Page Cat Free plugin for WordPress to create a landing page with a subscription form that is supposed to integrate with my MailChimp account. I am really happy with my new landing page, but MailChimp says I need to connect my site to it using the HTML code. I might have to hire someone as this is too advanced for me.
MailChimp has incentive to make integration as simple as possible. However, there’s only so much they can do to simplify something that’s inherently complicated. It’s important to get this right, otherwise it reflects poorly on you. If hiring someone is what you need to do to be sure it’s done right, then that’s the right decision. It shouldn’t be very costly, as it’s probably something quite easy for a pro.
If you know of a pro who you already have hired with success or who comes recommended by someone you trust, that will be your best option. If you don’t know where to turn, we suggest jobs.wordpress.net or jetpack.pro as good resources for pros that know WP. It’s still buyer beware, use due diligence in deciding who to use.
We’re a little skittish here when topics turn to hiring. The mere suggestion can bring out offers of assistance from those with, let’s say, “undesirable motives”. While the vast majority of members here only have the best of intentions, a bad apple or two sometimes pops up. Do not accept any offers of assistance resulting from this topic, especially when they want admin access to your site. In probably an overabundance of caution, I’m closing this topic. Feel free to open another topic if you have further questions. Just don’t mention hiring anyone 😉
